Spidey Host provides Telegram-based project hosting and deployment services. We manually review all code deployments for security before going live.

3. User Responsibilities

4. Content Ownership

You retain all rights to your code. We do not claim ownership of your projects or data. However, you grant us the right to host and deploy your code as requested.

Spidey Host is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for data loss, downtime, or damages arising from use of our service, except where legally required.

6. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.99% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to perform maintenance and updates.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account anytime.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Changes become effective when posted. Continued use means acceptance of new terms.
